Shoreline Development is a family operated business that began its Dale Hollow Lake projects in 1997. It was apparent from the very beginning that the beauty of the area was overwhelming as was the influx of individuals and families looking for lakeview property to build their retirement or vacation homes. Shoreline began its first project “The Bluffs” in the summer of 1997 to begin offering premier lakeview building lots. By 1999 Shoreline had six different projects around the lake, offering a wide variety of lake and river front lots.

Shoreline Developments brought a new concept of land development to the Dale Hollow Lake area, setting a standard for exclusive developments. With unprecedented expertise, creativity, and understanding of its clientele’s expectations, Shoreline set out to develop home sites that not only offered some of the most spectacular views of the lake, but that would also protect its customer’s valuable homes and property values. Clearing of trees is done very strategically, mapped to take full advantage of the large trees, rock formations, bluffs, mountain views, and lake views that were offered within the developments. Working alongside several log home companies and independent contractors, Shoreline made it possible to assist the future home owners in the design, planning, and building of their dream home.
